Returns & Exchanges
Unhappy with an order? Want to exchange for a new design? Decide socks just aren't for you, and you would rather walk barefoot on hot coals than put another pair on your feet??
Not a problem!
If you find anything ordered from Soxfords is not up to snuff, please read below.
- We have a 60-day return/exchange policy (from the day you received your product).
- Items can be returned for store credit or a refund to the purchasing payment method.
- Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different style only.
- Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed — and returned with tags still attached.
- Please note that exchanges can take up to two weeks to process. (We'll do our best to expedite this process.)
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, contact us first with your order number, indicating which item(s) of that order you would like to return or exchange. We'd also love to know the reason for the return so we can help make things better!
We will email you back with return instructions and you'll be set to go!.
Defective Items / Order Issues
In case of defective or damaged items, or incorrect orders received, we will cover all shipping charges of the return, and do everything we can to make you smile again. We will be happy to exchange the item(s) at no extra charge, or refund your order completely!
Received some snazzy Soxfords, but think another color or style would suit you better? Just contact us and follow the return instructions emailed, noting the following:
- Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different style only, or a Soxfords gift card.
- While can not cover return shipping fees, we'll box up your exchange, and ship it back to you via USPS first class free of charge (US domestic).
As soon as we receive the items to be exchanged, your new Soxfords will be lovingly boxed and shipped back your way.
Received a pair as a gift, or just decided you no longer need your Soxfords? Not a problem! Just contact us and follow the return instructions emailed, noting the following:
- Except for defective/damaged/wrongly packed items, we do not refund shipping costs, taxes, or credit card fees. These will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
Without letting us know about the return we might not know what to do—so please contact us first!
